Policies
You can make payments for your orders /using credit
cards. We accept most major credit cards for online payments. You
also have the option to order by calling 949-250-9855 and pay by
checks.
Please make checks, money orders and cashier’s checks payable
to Afghan Ethnic Dolls. Orders paid by check will be held for 7
days. All cashiers’ check and money order items will be processed
as normal. If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase
date or notified to cancel the order, the order will be cancelled.
Please inform us of any delay in payments. Please re-order.
Shipments are made
after your payment has been processed and received. Special orders
will take about two weeks to produce. Priority mailing will be used
for all domestic orders. Express delivery and international shipping is available upon request
at your cost.
If you decide to cancel an order, please notify
so others can purchase item. I appreciate your order, please let me know if
there is a delay in payment. Returns are allowed ONLY if: 1. Wrong item shipped (error on our side).
2. Item is returned in exactly the same condition within the time
limit.
3. I am informed by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours for return
approval. Any return received without approval will be refused.
Returns must be received within seven days of you receiving the
item I gladly offer layaways for all purchases.
Terms are half down and the balance due in 45 days. Amounts exceeding
$500, suitable payment plans can be arranged. Please note that if
balance is not received within the due dates, deposit is forfeited.
Deposits are not refundable – no exceptions.
